Ministry of Manpower Singapore requires employers and principals to take charge to manage risk under Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) framework.

Risk is managed by

• identifying hazards
• take steps to eliminate or reduce risks of hazard
• process involved are assess, control, monitor and communicate
