How do biz achieve this?
- Good work-life balance, e.g. implement Flexi-work hours (for families), process automation, procedure/system upgrade to improve work efficiency that frees up time for what matters most to employees.
- Remove the weakest link to strengthen organization and improve morale and reduce any toxic workplace.
- Have opportunity to improve, recognized and rewarded. Companies that convey “talents can be replaced” is not a good one.
- Have clear and consistent expectations and goals.
- Mutual trust and respect.
